South East Arkansas to South Africa…from the
Arkansas-Mississippi Delta to the East Coast…from
the pulpit to the community, Dr. Precilla L. Belin
is known for echoing God’s Word in the earth!
Dr. Belin is an ordained preacher, anointed prophet,
professor, and founder of Precilla Belin International
Ministries (PBIM), Inc., a ministry of evangelism
and community outreach. Dr. Belin is a member of
Kingdom Worship Center, where she is under the Apostolic
Covering of her spiritual father and mother, Bishop
Ralph L. Dennis (Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom
Fellowship Covenant Ministries) and Elder Deborah
S. Dennis. Dr. Belin has been ministering the word
of God for more than fifteen years and is mandated
to “Release God’s Kingdom From Within-to
Advance God’s Kingdom In the Earth”.
Over the years, this woman of God has served in various
capacities under pastoral leadership, from grassroots
ministries to mega churches. In addition to serving
as Dean for a Ministers In Training Program (MIT),
she has held leadership positions in the prayer ministry,
women’s ministry, and single’s ministry.
Dr. Belin has also served as Minister to Health within
the faith-based and church community.
Dr. Belin earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in
Human Ecology with a concentration in Community Health
from the University of Tennessee, where she was a
fellow in the Southern Region Education Board Doctoral
Scholars Program and the 2001 recipient of the Outstanding
Community Outreach Award. As part of her research,
Dr. Belin implemented Tennessee’s first ever
breast cancer education project designed for African
